Amro ElHusseini
Senior Network & Cloud Engineer
Work permit: Germany
About Me
Experienced network engineer with a career spanning IP backbone, enterprise service provider, public cloud, and enterprise datacenter environments. I have worked across a wide range of specialties: IP backbone hosting converged IMS/Mobile backhaul at Telecom Egypt, global VPN/MPLS routing at Orange Business Services, OpenStack-based public cloud in Europe (Flexible Engine / Huawei CloudStack), and enterprise network management at Hyundai Autoever Europe — covering Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and datacenter infrastructure. Working in a process-oriented environment at Orange Business Services taught me how to establish and apply best practices across change management, project management, implementation, and documentation of daily operations.
Technical Skills
Work Experience

Projects
Developed multiple private and public MCP servers for AI-driven automation of network operations, covering Palo Alto, Cisco, Outlook, ServiceNow, and others. Deployed and orchestrated using N8N for workflow automation.
Built a multithreaded Python script using the Multiprocessing library to audit network device configurations across hundreds of devices in parallel, validating compliance against standard templates. Reduced a 4-hour manual audit to under 2 minutes. Used at both TE Data and Orange Business Services.
Built a Flask + Redis + SQLite web application to store and query chassis inventories across the TE Data backbone. Supported Excel and web report generation. Used Redis caching to handle concurrent user queries efficiently, supporting hardware planning decisions.
Automated network topology generation by parsing device configurations and producing JavaScript (GoJS) and SVG high-level diagrams, as well as automated Excel low-level designs. Used in both Orange Business Services and TE Data.
Script that parses BGP and OSPF routing tables from backbone devices to automatically plot and visualise the internet traffic path for each region — used at TE Data for capacity and path analysis.
